I bring strong technical accounting (IFRS/GAAP), hands-on leadership, and a track record across budgeting/forecasting, cashflow management, business partnering and stakeholder management. Typical engagements include board-pack redesign, portfolio performance cadence (KPIs + commentary), funding support, performance turnaround, and transaction readiness (buy-side/sell-side support and integration planning).
